    Enrollment of Girls in Physics in Randani Secondary School in Gucha District, Kenya.

    The researcher seeks to carry out detailed study on enrollment of girls in chemistry in Randiani secondary school in Gucha district in Kenya. The study was conducted in selected regular schools in the division to represent schools in Gucha. The enrollment in girls in chemistry has been studied and possible solutions have been suggested on how to improve their performance and enrolment. The target group includes student, teachers and head teachers. The researcher distributed the questionnaires which were satisfactorily and appropriately responded to. In total twenty students were targeted and all the questionnaires were turned. The researcher employed survey as research design; both qualitative and quantitative approaches were used. Information collected was analyzed and edited to create consistency and completeness. After collecting the questionnaires they were edited for completeness and consistency across the respondents and to locate omissions. Information obtained from the research study was presented and analyzed using bar charts, narratives, and statistical figures. This report provides suggestions for more effective approach to deaf education in the country. It is designed for policy makers, planners and practitioners who have responsibilities in the area of deaf education in Kenya.
