The recommendation indicates that there should be a free and open environment for communication amongst employees to channel their complaints to the management and feedback provided promptly. The recommendation indicates that all forms of communication should be used in order to facilitate the flow of information for the top management to the employees and from the employees to the top management. This will open up the channel of communication through enhancing pe1fonnance in the organization. The top management of the county council should make sure that employees undergo Intensive training and development in order to equip employees with skills since the large numbers of them are unskilled. Employees were not adequately sensitized about communication and performance in Kajiado county council and therefore a lot should be done to make employees informed.
