Traditional belief in witchcraft, inheritance of wives and husbands of whose spouses have died of HIV/AIDS be abandoned. The ABC formulae should be followed to avoid contracting HIV/AIDS disease. Stern rules and penalties should be given to all those who rape and defile children, and also those who practice child labour to avoid anti social behavior. There have been poor traditional and cultural practices which have enhanced poor social development children. These include FGM which cause HIV/AIDS infections. The worst is inheriting of wives and husbands whose spouses have died of HIV/AIDS, the witchcraft beliefs and unprotected sexual relationship all needs to be abandoned and banned
