Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess the violation of women’s reproductive rights through Female Genital Mutilation in the study was guided by the following objectives, to identify and analyze the relevant human rights instruments to women’s reproductive rights. to identify the reasons for carrying out FGM in Bukwo District. to find out the challenges faced in the implementation of human rights instruments to women’s reproductive rights in Bukwo District, to propose how the challenges faced in the implementation of human rights instruments to women’s reproductive rights can be overcomed in Bukwo District.
