Abstract: The study was about teacher training and work attitude in Rwanda. teacher training and work attitude have recently undergone various challenges in Rwanda, just after 1994 reforms many nine years basic education schools qualified teachers especially from p1-p6. The core issue is the prompt shift from french as a medium of instruction to English that has been considered by Dr Lynd 2010 as transition to english as a medium of instruction
