Abstract
The study area covered Kampala Division choosing one zone that was Kiti Falawo zone .The local members of the community were treated as key informants, the study focused on factors influencing girl children education in Uganda. Random sampling was used to select 60 respondents from one zone from the division as well as key informants qualitative and quantitative techniques were used where by the qualitative data was coded and tabulated while quantitative data was anally selected before, during and after collection.The study from the findings was mostly on social factors, it was noticed from the findings, as the most affecting problems, hindering girl child education. It made a number f recommendations including strengthening the situation of parents and guardians on the roles and obligations and a mechanism to be put in place to obligate parents to fulfill their school parental responsibilities of giving child education legal provisions to be put in place to impose sanitation's against parents and guardians who fail to keep girls at school and introductions to those girls who can’t attain school.
