The overall decision-making rate was found low (Mean=2.35), the overall level of institutional performance was also found low (Mean=2.1O). The level of decision making does not significantly differ among education level of faculty members (Sig>O.O5), but the level of institutional performance differed significantly among levels of experience for faculty members (Sig<O.05).
