Abstract: | The research was conducted in Mazzi Parish found in Kamira sub - county in Luwero District. This was due to the fact that the researcher has served in area since 2006 as a teacher, and observed that fact that academic performance of learners was a result of economic status of a parents being poor The purpose of the research study therefore was to remind parents to work hard and provide their children with school needs. The research is also to challenge the learners of their responsibility and task a head of them as leaders of tomorrow for the country Uganda thus requires them to work hard academically and be successful in nature. In the interaction with the community the researcher was able to obtain data through both interview and questionnaire method on the topic of study observation was also used I collecting the data. The researcher is very grateful to all those who co-operated with him to come with the research findings as to be seen a head in this book.
