dc.description.abstractThis study focused on the effects of abolition of Graduated Tax on service delivery in Pader District local government: A case of Pajule Sub-county. The target respondents included the L.C.V, CAO, District staffs, local leaders, service providers and the local community .Its specific objectives includes establishing the benefits of graduated tax as a source local revenue in financing service delivery, examining the relative effects of its abolition on service delivery and assessing the alternative policy intervention on taxation. The data was collected using both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods by using questionnaires, interview guides and focus group discussion. The data was statistically analyzed using tables and graphs as seen below.en_US
