dc.description.abstract | The study was on the effect of computerized accounting systems on organization efficiency in Uganda using Uganda Tea Corporation Uganda as a case study the purposes was to find out the relevancy of adopting Computerized Accounting System in organizations, to find out the challenges associated with Computerized Accounting System In organizations and to find our some of the Computerized Accounting Systems used in organizations. The findings were that computerized accounting .system provides management with current account balance Information since balance is posted to the transaction occurs. Based on these, the researcher recommends Uganda Tea Corporation Uganda to channel reasonable proportion of their efforts and resources to the training and development of their personnel (manpower development) through seminars, workshops and the use of computerized accounting system so as to promote efficiency in company operations and In their statement of financial position this will ensure accurate, timely easier and reliable for use. | en_US |
