Abstract
The aim of the study was to develop an online billing system that the corporation can use to help facilitate payments from customers and for customers to access their account balances online. The specific objectives of the study were; to enhance the easy delivery of customer billing information to clients, to improve on the efficiency of the workers, hence cutting down on expenses arising from human labor, to provide a storage system that is easily accessible and reliable as opposed to the partially manual system available currently and to computerize the computations hence providing a less cumbersome yet accurate and faster method of appraising customer accounts...
