Abstract
The research was purposed to investigate the relationship between education levels and unemployment rate in Tanzania and the objectives was to assess the living standard of the different groups of the people such as employed and unemployed, to find out solutions of the study or problem -this is essential for the society, to measure education sector performance to the Tanzania economy.
The hypothesis of the study was that there is no significant relationship between the relationship between education levels and unemployment in Tanzania, since time series analysis such Correlation analysis, regression analysis mechanisms were used.
The findings revealed that majority of the population are unemployed due to limited job qualifications in the labor market.
Using the correlation, regression approach, there was a strong positive correlation between the relationship between education levels and unemployment rates in Tanzania, there was also significant relationship between investigate the relationship between education levels and unemployment in Tanzania at 0.05 level of significance.
In conclusion; therefore both education levels and unemployment has a general increase, there is a positive relationship between education and unemployment Tanzania
