involving a sample size of 60 respondents selected using stratified 1nethod
of answering the designed questionnaires and interview guides for parents
and Board of Directors.

analysis were used to represent data and Pearson linear correlation
co-efficient (r) was used to test the level of correlation between the variables.
The finding of the study showed positive relationship between the initial
plan of RFGs role of government and current contribution of RFGs in
developing of Secondary Schools in Kayunga District. The researcher
concluded that, when the initial plans of RFGs role of government and the
current contribution of RFGs are enhanced the development will be also

in all school programmes and supervise the current contribution of RFGs in
the development of Secondary Schools in Kayunga District, Uganda.
