dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the study was to implement a sales management information system that managed entire sales and provided easy access to product records in the stores. The system track sales, monitor changes in stock levels, calculate when you need to reorder, and analyze inventory levels on an item by-item. Data is entered into the database using the input forms e.g. (customer’s registration). This was achieved through extensive research on point of sale systems that have been documented. The context diagram as shown in the later chapters shows how data flows in the database and the attributes connected to the entities. The end result was positive because the system was working well with different windows platforms.en_US
