Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between leadership styles and employees performance of SIMAD University 1. To determine the profile of respondents in terms Age, gender ,marital status and Educational level 2. To determine the relationship between autocratic leadership style and the performance of employee at SIMAD university 3. To examine how the democratic leadership style affects the performance of employee at SIMAD university 4. To identify if transformational leadership style is applied at SIMAD University.
