dc.description.abstractThe principle aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers rewards and students Academic performance in Lugari District, Western Province Kenya. The study was carried out using the quantitative method; this was effective because it helped the researcher to collect data easily and quickly. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. The informants were teachers, students and ministry of Education officials in Lugari District. The teachers and students were drawn from the following schools, Maturu secondary school, Bishop Njenga Girls High school, and Mavuye Primary schoolen_US
