dc.description.abstract | This study was intended to explore the influence of training and development on organizational productivity in Faulu Kenya Microfinance with the respondents being identified from this organization. The objectives of the study were to examine the influence that training and development factors such as education levels, training methods, and the procedures used to reward and recognize trained staff on the overall organization productivity. The result showed that Training and Development in Faulu Kenya Microfinance was fair. The research proved that when training and development procedures are properly communicated to the employees and employees are involved in their implementation it can lead to high performance and improve the organization's overall productivity. When they are ignored it results in low productivity levels for the organization. | en_US |
