Abstract
The purpose of the study was set to investigate the influence of teacher motivation on performance of teachers in secondary schools in Kween district. The study objectives were establish the level of teacher motivation, to examine the extent of teacher performance in secondary schools in Kween district Uganda and to establish the relationship between teacher motivation and teacher performance in secondary schools in Kween district, Uganda. The study was conducted using a descriptive research design were data was collected from 60 respondents. The data was collected using the questionnaires with the teachers
