dc.description.abstractThis study was intended to investigate Human resource Policies and Institutional Performance in New Vision Publishing and Printing Company Limited with respondents being identified from their work place. The objectives of the study were to evaluate human resource policies and their effect on institutional performance because they play a vital role on the performance of the institutions which might lead to disaster if ignored. The result showed that Human Resource Policies in New Vision Publishing and Printing Company Limited was fairly good. The study proved that when human resource policies are fairly implemented they lead to high performance of the institution while when they are ignored they lead to poor productivity.en_US
