Frequencies and percentages were used with the use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found out that there is still gender inequality in Somaliland where business private companies showed limited engagement of women and at the same time unfavourable policies that negates women. On !he other hand, the study proved the increment of female employees in general but again this proved limited empowerment to women entirely.en_US
