Abstract
This study was set out to establish the relationship between good governance and conflict management in selected local government, Mogadishu Somalia. if there is a relationship between good governance and conflict management in Mogadishu, Somalia. To accomplish this task, it was guided by the following research questions; what is the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, and level of education. This study was set out to establish the extent of the good governance, Somalia. Specially, the study was to establish how decentralization governance and conflict management in Mogadishu, Somalia, and to investigate levels of resources availability and utilization to the good governance in, Somalia. The study was conducted through cross sectional design survey and correlation research design, quantitative approach with a questionnaire and includes 110 respondents from selected civil servant local administrators in Mogadishu, Somalia. The researcher found that
the good governance and conflict management are significant correlated. The study Recommendation that the local authorities should change policies and allow the community to participate in planning, implementation, and decision making and also should design projects concerning their problem, to reach conflict management.
