dc.description.abstract | The goal of this project was to develop an online National Medical Information Management System that will allow real time access and sharing of medical data by medical practitioners and government agencies. Questionnaires were used as a supplementary tool mainly to gather information from respondents who were difficult to come by. We anticipated that Doctors would claim to be too busy for an interview; in this case questions were mailed to them or dropped by their offices. The major challenge with this approach was that respondents tended to relax in the absence of the researcher and failed to deliver information on time. This prolonged the projects time. We tried to overcome this by continuously reminding the respondents over telephone and email | en_US |
