dc.description.abstractThe study was meant to establish the effects of employee's motivation on an organization performance; with Kabarole research and resource center as the case study. The study adopted empirical and analytical motivation techniques. Analytical techniques were used to analyze and separate data in all forms. The findings show that inadequate motivation has negative effect on employee performance. The findings also depict that money; participation and good communication have an effect on employee performance. Such an approach is long-term management vision and leads to performance-oriented employee fraternity which is core to the attainment of organizational goals.en_US
