Literature review is centered on supervision inspection, management and implementation levels and the role of inspectors. The study will be carried out in eight public primary schools and four private schools. QASOs will also respond to the questionnaire’s, whose raw data analyzed. The study targets head teachers, teachers and inspectors as respondents. The research instruments to be used in data collection were open and closed ended questionnaires.
