Abstract
During my research I was very touched when interviewing different categories of people in the bank at work place, the employees of the bank about the internal control system on cash and credit management system I found out whether the internal control system has an effect on cash and credit management. That is why this research report is about the internal control on cash and credit management a case study Equity Bank Kisoro branch. The duration of this report was within the time of six days to enable me to study well and to understand how internal control works, how internal control system when practiced wen can boost the bank.
There is a need of improving internal control by making the bank management aware of the importance and the role of internal control systems on cash and credit management.
This report contains and expresses the methodology used to collect data. The study used both descriptive and analytical to gather information. The collection of data was through questionnaires and interviews.
This report gives an over view on how collected data or findings were analyzed and presented. The information collected from the respondents through questionnaires and interview guide questions were used in order to satisfy the objectives of the study.
Chapter four contains more information of what I have found on my research, here the study revealed the relationship between internal control system and cash, credit management, the forms of internal control system used in different departments on the bank and the effect of internal control on cash and credit management.
The last chapter contains the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations based on this research objective stated in chapter one.
I wish that my research will contribute to the way forward for educating and awareness of the public into internal control system on cash and credit management.
