Abstract
The hospitals’ system uses the papers to schedule the workers and the patients, also there are doctors and nurses who are part timing at the hospital, there are no clear records for them, the patients come when they do not have an appointment with the doctors and sometimes, they bounce back. The nurses are always not at work in time due to lack of schedules of what and when one is supposed to be on duty. Also, when it is time for antenatal, the women line up and it takes a lot of time thus leading to deaths and some giving birth on floors. This is because of lack of schedules for each mother who is going to give birth and the doctor to work on that patient. The system will help the Hospital which requires shifts and each worker in a hospital to know what they are supposed to do in time. In a hospital there are very many workers that is to say Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Laboratory technicians, cleaners and each of them will be assigned tasks to do. Workers will now be able to do everything from any place on a computer connected to the internet so that they can access the Hospitals’ database and they can see what they are supposed to do in time. However, they would still have the option of filling in papers if they are not contented with the work assigned to them. When this happens the head of the hospital can change the schedules accordingly. With the current system being used by the hospital, schedules are displayed on the hospitals notice board from where the employees have to check to view their current schedules and when they end. The schedules and appointments are processed on paper and later displayed on the hospital notice board at a certain place of the hospital premises where they can view their schedules which is done at least after two weeks.
