dc.description.abstract | The study was undertaken at Universal Blessed Hope, with the purpose of assessing the impact of motivation on employees' perfonnance in the organization. The specific objectives of the study were; to find out the existence of motivation and its effectiveness in the organization, and the relationship between motivation and employee performance. The methods used to collect data were questionnaires and interviews from a crossection of the population. The findings revealed that there was poor motivation for employees of Universal Blessed Hope. The study recommended that the management of Universal Blessed Hope should improve on the terms and condition of service, salary, incentives and employee benefits to motivate employees. | en_US |
