Results indicated that the procurement process of United Nations Development Programme UNDP - JUBA office was fairly where the main components accounted for 77.412% of the variance of Process and this is to indicate that the overall performance of procurement had a significant influence of up to 77.4% from the combined input of the different procurement activities. This finding was in line with the argument that clear policies or activities undertaken in the procurement process have the biggest return and performance not only on the money spend (VFM) but also on the general outcome of the process.
