Abstract
The research project area of investigation was the slow speed associated with the manual tracking system at Uganda national bureau of standards. the method n research approach was interviewing, observation, listening and recording plus questionnaire. the method of design approach was a hypertext markup language (html), server side scrifting language hypertext preprocessor (php), server wampserver, set up database with mysql plus phpmyadmin.
