The health issues of women related on maternal complications such as miscarriages, abortions among others this limited their ability to carry out their routine duties such as domestic work and -development work all which retards development. The study recommends that the Government of Uganda should increase its budget allocation on the health sector since the health of person is one of the pre-requisite for development and this can be done through provision of enough medical services to the females. There’s also need for continued partnership of Government and NGOs so as to meet the common goal of improving the health of women, extension of health services to the rural areas deep in Kitayunjwa Sub County so as the rural women should also enjoy the same services enjoyed by other people.
