dc.description.abstractThe study traced the impact of motivational practices on teachers performance in public secondary schools in Kiboga district from 2008 to 2016.The research was conducted in two public secondary schools in Kiboga district, central Uganda. The population included; head teachers. Director of studies and teachers from sampled two schools. The study specifically investigated the extent to which motivational practices are being implemented, ascertain the state of-teachers performance and to establish the relationship between motivational practices and teachers performance in selected public secondary schools in kiboga district. And finally the study took seven months that is from January to August 2017.en_US
